Dylan has over ten years of fitness experience both inside and outside of the gym. Having completed his Cert III and IV in fitness when he was only sixteen, he’s gone on to graduate with a degree in exercise science from UNE, compete in powerlifting for six years and has experience training everyone from pro athletes to the everyday person next door. Dylan’s years of experience and study have informed his training philosophy, which is concerned with building strength both in and out of the gym – strength in everything. Hence, ‘HAWKINSTRENGTH’.
